- Our lighters are manufactured according to international standards & national regulations
- Freedom of association as well as the right to collective bargaining are respected
- No discrimination
- Child labor is prohibited
- The legal minimum and / or industry standard wage is paid
- Working hours are compliant with government legislation and may not exceed
Not exceed 48 hours + 12 hours overtime per week
- No forced labor or disciplinary measures
- Workplaces are safe and not hazardous to health
- The environment is respected
- Social responsibility policy
- Anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy
